Rental Terms & Policies
Transparent terms. No surprises. Please review before booking.
Minimum Order
$250 minimum rental order. High-value items (LED walls, line arrays) may require a security deposit of 25% of equipment value.
Insurance
Certificate of Insurance (COI) required for orders over $5,000. Minimum $1M general liability naming Sterlin Point Group as additional insured.
Multi-Day Pricing
3-day rate = 2.5× daily. 7-day rate = 4× daily. 30-day rate = 10× daily. Discounts apply automatically to the base rental fee.
Damage Waiver
Optional damage waiver: 8% of rental total. Covers accidental damage (not negligence or theft). Without waiver, full replacement cost applies.
Cancellation
Free cancellation 7+ days before event. 50% charge 3-7 days before. 100% charge <3 days before. Weather exceptions apply with documentation.
Delivery & Pickup
Free delivery within Miami-Dade County on orders $500+. Broward +$75. Palm Beach +$150. Pickup available by appointment at our Miami facility.
